Is there a difference in how Christians forgive those in the church compared with how we should forgive those outside the church? Is there ever a place to take vengeance in our lives? Is turning a cold shoulder to someone sinful?

What is the difference between offering forgiveness and receiving reconciliation? What do you do when you try to forgive someone and they refuse to repent?

How many times should we forgive repeat offenders? How can you forgive someone who has sinned against you in the most painful ways possible?

Why does Jesus make such a big deal of practicing forgiveness with those that sin against us? If we don’t regularly forgive those who sin against us, how will it affect our experience of God’s forgiveness?

What does it mean to forgive and forget? Does that mean that when God forgives us of our sin that there will be no consequences? How do we receive forgiveness in the midst of consequences?

God’s forgiveness in Christ is free and full, but we often doubt the reality and extent of His forgiveness. Our pride prevents us from receiving forgiveness. Why is that and how can we address this problem?

Our first response to our sin is to sin more. We essentially say to ourselves and others “I got this. I can fix this!” Rather we should immediately turn to God cry for mercy and beg “Forgiveness!” He will forgive.
